Delivery

All orders are picked and processed between 1 – 2 business days. All orders ship from Florida. Upon your orders shipment you will be emailed a tracking number to view its transit, via UPS Ground or USPS Priority Air. USPS Priority Air is our 'Flat Rate' 1- 3 day transit shipping option. Signature required for Paypal orders exceeding $250.00 (if you are unable to sign at time of delivery you must pick up at local post office).

Flat Rate is insured up to $100.00 for insurance exceeding that amount please ship UPS Ground.

International Shipping

Shipping totals at checkout for Brazil, Colombia, and Mexico are a full payment including transit and any taxes/customs fee(s) within each respected country. DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) are prepaid and included in shipping totals. Please allow 4-12 business days transit for international shipping. Tracking will be provided to follow the progress with your local couriers.

Wholesale orders are assigned shipping case by case depended upon country/size (please email online@labelleperfumes.com for more information).

Returns

We are a 5 star rated company and offer hassle free returns. Orders may be returned up to 21 days from the ship date for a full refund minus shipping and gift-wrap charges (if selected). If you would like to return a product from your order simply send the unopened product back to the address below in its original sealed packaging. You can expect a timely refund upon the return of the product. If shipping was free for your order it will be deducted from the credit we apply to your credit card. Please note, we do not accept returns for testers (if purchased). There may also be a restocking fee of up to 30% if bottle is not returned in original packaging. We are not responsible for unclaimed or lost package. 

Shipping cost is non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed, returned and refused packages, unless the error was on our part.

Please allow up to 7 business days for a full refund.

Cancellations
