Delivery
Orders are picked and processed 1 day on average. All orders ship from Miami, Florida. Upon your orders shipment you will be emailed a tracking number to view its transit, via UPS, USPS, or GOFO. Please note we may take 2 business days in high volume seasons to process orders.
UPS 2 Day takes 2 business days for transit, USPS can vary provide expected dates at checkout (expected dates are not guaranteed). 2 Day Air can be free if the order is eligible, the order must be under 10 LBS and fit in a box under 8x8x8 in size (650 dimensional weight) For large orders UPS Ground will be used for transit which could take 1-7 days (depended on distance from Florida).
Theft and stolen after delivered will not be covered when confirmed delivery (final delivery scan) to the requested address is provided unless SavedBy was selected at checkout. If you do not have any issues with delivery, mainly such as stolen after delivery - you may deselect the guide option which cost is approximately 2% of value and a typically an under 24 hour claim resolution.
La Belle Perfumes must be notified (or SAVEDBY if used) of any delivery issues within 7 days of confirmed delivery provided from the courier (based the tracking provided at time of shipment).

In the off chance that an incorrect product is sent, please do not open/use the product if you wish to have the fragrances send corrected. We will send a prepaid return label to exchange for the correct product.
Damage
La Belle uses heavy weighted boxes with interior air pillows to protect our shipments which rarely see an issue with product safety, but in the off chance there is please make sure to reach out and include imagery to support the damage. Any damage to product in transit MUST be documented. We will need images of the product in its packaging and the box in which it was shipped. Please provide images of the outside box and any leaking or damages to the product itself as well. Without documentation we cannot create a claim for replacement/refund. DO NOT throw away package without documenting and opening coresponding with La Belle.
La Belle must be notified within 5 days for any DAMAGE in transit claims.
International Shipping
If your order is eligible for international shipping please allow approximately 5 -12 business days for delivery. Currently shipping to Peru ( 3 items per order, 3 orders per ID each year), Colombia, and Mexico with duties prepaid at checkout so the items will arrive at your doorstep. Colombia orders will be shipped individually (if theres are 8 items in cart you will receive 8 packages) and no subject to taxes for all products under $200 USD.
Wholesale orders are assigned shipping case by case depended upon country/size (please email [email protected] for more information).
Returns
We are a 5 star rated company and offer hassle free returns. Orders may be returned up to 21 days for a full refund minus shipping. If you would like to return a product from your order simply send the unopened product back to the address below in its original sealed packaging. You can expect a timely refund upon the return of the product. If shipping was free for your order it will be deducted from the credit we apply to your credit card. ALL returns must be sent in a protected box, if sent in an envelop or without protection we will not accept the return. Please note, we do not accept returns for testers (if purchased). There may also be a restocking fee of up to 30% if bottle is not returned in original packaging. We are not responsible for unclaimed or lost package.
Any WHOLESALE order will automatically incur up to a 10% restocking fee, even if returned in original packaging.
Shipping cost is non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed, returned and refused packages, unless the error was on our part.

Cancellations: There is a $3.99 cancellation fee per order.
Discounts: Orders for non wholesale customers may use one discount per order. You may not combine free shipping in combination with loyalty points, discount codes or coupons. Only 1 per order may be applied as the checkout cart will not allow for multiple discounts to apply to one order (the products are already significantly discounted)
