Since its inception in 1828, the Guerlain brand has formulated more than 600 fragrances, with many classics still popular today. 

The classic Guerlain flagship fragrance Shalimar may be its most famous brand, spurring copycat scents that flooded the market for decades. While the role of master perfumer is no longer passed down within the Guerlain family, the tradition of excellence lives on through the current parent company, Moet Hennessy Louis Vuitton, which purchased the brand in 1994.
